We offer various styles of packaging:

Side Welded
With / without bottom gusset, with a Self-sealing Flap
Material gauge 0.07mm (70 micron) to 0.2mm (200 micron)

Side Gusset / Bottom Weld
No Self-sealing Flap.
Material gauge 0.05mm (50 micron) to 0.2mm (200 micron)
Due to this style of pack being formed from a complete PVC Tube (no side weld) it has retained strength at a lower gauge

Hang Pack
With bottom weld and Self-sealing Flap
Width 500mm; Length up to 1500mm
Material Gauge 0.07mm (70 micron) to 0.2mm (200 micron)
Mainly used in conjunction with metal hanger for Velvet, Velor and Jacard materials

Wallets
A variety of different size wallets can be produced to hold header cards, material specifications and product samples.
Material gauge 0.075mm (75 micron) to 0.2mm (200 micron)

Flame Retardant
We produce a Flame Retardant grade in a range of colours: Red, Black, Green & White. Mainly used on heat retention and sound applications.
Material gauge 0.05mm (50 micron) to 0.2mm (200 micron)

Polypropylene
To compliment our ongoing core business of Blown Film PVC Extrusion, we also convert Cast Co-extruded Polypropylene as an alternative packaging.
